Name of the initiative: Arrangement of a recreational space for a happy childhood for orphans and children deprived of parental care, among IDPs with disabilities
127 orphans and children deprived of parental care were relocated from Kramatorsk to Bukovyna in the first year of the war. Now they live in the Sokyryan territorial community, which is the furthest from the regional center. In the shelter in the village of Lomachyntsi, which has become a new home for orphans, there are no special entertainment or opportunities for interesting leisure, therefore, within the framework of the SCLR program of community support of the Chernivtsi region, an application for the arrangement of a recreational space for these new residents of the community was financed.

"All these children have disabilities, many of them have low mobility, so it is very difficult for the staff of the relocated orphanage to work with this category of children. The recreational space with a 3D cinema will contribute to the rehabilitation, restoration, further development and education of these girls and boys. Unfortunately, they at such an early age, they are destined to learn what war, fear, and loss are. Now they have to get used to new conditions, to adapt, to restore themselves. Therefore, the goal of our project is to teach them to adapt in a complex world, to maintain internal harmony, to form resistance to stress " - said the author of the initiative, the head of the NGO "Innovation Search" Inna Yatsyshena.
Employees of the public organization on a volunteer basis help the orphanage staff arrange fun and useful activities for children: virtual trips to the world of adventures with elements of fairy-tale therapy, creative, corrective, rehabilitation, medical and physical education classes. The organization has been working with children's audiences for eight years, all of its employees have pedagogical and psychological education. Since the beginning of the war, they have successfully implemented several projects for the adaptation and integration of the most socially vulnerable children into the Sokyrian community.
