High-quality projects are born from high-quality communication and a sincere desire to help people: how to create, implement and report on grant applications step by step, the participants of the "Project Management" training learned. It was held for applicants of the SCLR program of the Cherhivka Regional Association of Social Development - AREAC on November 23 by the head of the NGO "Bukovina Agency for Regional Development" Tetiana Lebukhorska.
Most of the training participants tried their hand at implementing their own initiatives for the benefit of the community for the first time in this year's SCLR program. After all, to receive microgrants from AREAC, both the application process and implementation were as accessible as possible to people without experience in project management. Now, thanks to the knowledge they have gained, they will be able to grow in public activity, find the necessary grant competitions and, we hope, successfully win them and implement the most daring ideas.

The event took place within the framework of the SCLR program to support community initiatives in Bukovina, which is implemented by the public organization AREAC - Chernivtsi Regional Association for Social Development with the administrative support of Fundatia Heks/Eper Romania and financial support from Swiss Solidarity and ACT Alliance.
