Map and Game of Public Support – for the development of Chernivtsi

1 гра1

Effective tools for the development of urban spaces - an interactive map of free community services "Poruch" and the Chernivtsi Public Support Game - were created and adapted for Ukraine within the framework of the project "Toolkit for involving citizens in urban planning for communities affected by aggression". These advanced international developments will become available in Chernivtsi. On July 25, their presentation will take place in our city with the participation of developers from the Netherlands and Turkey.

We invite to join the event and take part in the game representatives of the public sector, local government, education, business and everyone who is interested in architecture, socio-economic development and other issues of urbanism. Registration is available at the link

During the event, together we will find opportunities for development in conditions of limited resources for traditional urban planning, we will build cooperation between the public sector, education, local government, donor representatives and other stakeholders.

The Chernivtsi Civic Participation Game is an interactive simulation designed to strengthen a sustainable, inclusive ecosystem of public services. It brings together diverse local stakeholders to jointly develop strategies that meet both immediate needs and long-term ambitions.

The "PoruCh" platform poruch.gamesforcities.com is a prototype of civic infrastructure proposed to help active residents self-organize. Functioning as a community-driven bulletin board, it allows individuals and organizations to freely exchange and access services, promoting mutual assistance and empowerment at the local level.

The initiative is implemented by the NGO AREAC and the urban coalition Ro3kvit together with Dutch partners INBO, STIPO, Play the city and is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
